The Sevierville Parks and Recreation Department has scheduled a hike of Rich Mountain Loop in Cades Cove Tuesday, September 20. This guided hike is FREE and limited to ten participants. Participants must be at least 18-years old and provide their own transportation to a meeting location. Meeting time and location to be provided after registration.

This loop hike offers views of a waterfall, a seldom-used campsite, the old Rich Mountain fire tower location, an in-tact settler’s cabin, and views of Cades Cove and Townsend from a quiet loop of trails. PLEASE NOTE that we will be hiking this loop counter-clockwise.

Liability release and medical forms are available online and must be returned to the Community Center front desk by 12:00 p.m. September 19.
