Notice of Public Hearing 5/4/2020 - Proposed Zoning of Ernest McMahan - O-2020-003

This will serve as legal notice that a public hearing has been scheduled to receive any public comment on O-2020-003, an ordinance to amend the zoning map to place the MDR/R-2 Medium Density Residential zoning on property, which consists of land on Ernest McMahan Road. Said land is noted on the map by the shaded area.

The public hearing will be Monday, May 4, 2020, at 6:00 P.M., in the Council Hall of the Sevierville Civic Center, 130 Gary R. Wade Boulevard, Sevierville, Tennessee 37862. Further information on this proposed zoning may be obtained prior to the public hearing by contacting the Office of Planning & Development at Sevierville City Hall by calling 453-5504 during regular office hours, Monday through Friday.
