Notice of Public Hearing 6/21/2021 - Proposed Rezoning

This will serve as legal notice that a public hearing has been scheduled to receive any public comment on the matter of rezoning property, as proposed in O-2021-009, which consists of land on Veterans Boulevard from LDR - Low Density Residential to AC - Arterial Commercial. Said land is noted on the map by the shaded area.

The public hearing will be Monday, June 21, 2021, at 6:00 P.M., at the Sevierville Civic Center, 130 Gary R. Wade Boulevard, Sevierville, Tennessee 37862. Further information on this proposed rezoning may be obtained prior to the public hearing by contacting the Office of Planning & Development at Sevierville City Hall by calling 453-5504 during regular office hours, Monday through Friday.
